Welcome to Creator Gears! By visiting our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure.
Please provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.
We reserve the right to cancel accounts that misuse our platform.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
Prices may change without prior notice — the price at checkout is final.
We accept payments via (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)at checkout.
Payment must be completed at checkout .
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation (except for Cash on Delivery, if offered).
In case of a pricing or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We do our best to display products accurately — designs, colors, and sizing.
Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or DTF printing — this is normal.
All products are print-on-demand and made to order — produced only after you place your order.
Minor size variations within ±0.5 inches are considered standard manufacturing tolerance.
Please use our size chart before ordering — we cannot exchange for wrong size selected.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase — not a guaranteed confirmation.
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Pricing errors
- Product unavailability
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is accepted.
If an order is cancelled after payment,a full refund will be issued within 7–10 business days.

We ship across India only
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Total expected time from order to delivery: 4–8 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on your pin code and location
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control

We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery with an unboxing video and photos.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Creator Gears is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for losses caused by courier failures, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

All products are provided “as is” unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
These terms comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Information Technology Act, 2000.
