Shipping Policy - Creator gears

At Creator Gears, every product is made to order and carefully prepared for you. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are print-on-demand and produced after purchase.

  • Orders are processed within 2- 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing time may be slightly extended during high-demand periods, holidays, or sales events.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).


2. Shipping Methods Available

We offer the following shipping options across India:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Express Shipping (if available at checkout)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — additional charges may apply

Shipping availability depends on your pin code.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Dispatch Time: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery Time After Dispatch: 2–5 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, and external factors.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • COD orders may include an additional handling charge.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

If you do not receive tracking details within 3–4 business days, please contact us at support@creatorgears.com.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote locations or service limitations

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High shipping volumes

  • Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order has not been delivered within 20 days, please contact us at support@creatorgears.com, and we will assist you.


7. Lost in Transit

If a shipment is officially marked as lost by the courier:

  • We will either reship the order at no additional cost
    OR

  • Issue a full refund

Please allow courier partners sufficient time to complete investigations before we process reshipments or refunds.


8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


9.Damaged Packages

  • If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please note it in the courier's delivery remarks before accepting.

  • Please take clear photos and a short video of the damaged packaging immediately after delivery.

  • Contact us at support@creatorgears.com within 4 days with photos and videos and your order number. check our Return&Refund policy for more detail.

10. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, reshipping charges may apply.
