Return & Refund Policy - Creator Gears

At Creator Gears, every product is made just for you — printed fresh when you order. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so please read our policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The return request is submitted within 4 DAYS of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Clear photos and an unboxing video are provided as proof of the issue.

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be approved.


2. Return Timeframe

You must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order to request a return, replacement, or refund.

  • The return verification will take additional 3-5 business days .

To initiate a request, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Unboxing Video (mandatory !)
  • Photos of the defective product

  •  Photos of the packaging

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your request. So please record while opening your package!
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:

  • Contact us within 4 DAYS of delivery.

  • Provide clear images and an unboxing video(manadatory !!).

  • The return verification will take additional 3-5 business days .

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement
    OR

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

We are committed to resolving genuine quality issues quickly and fairly.


4. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 4 days with supporting proof.The return verification will take additional 3-5 business days .

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


5. Exchanges (Size & Fit)

Please refer carefully to the size chart before placing your order.

As our products are made to order:

  • Exchanges for incorrect size selection by the customer are not possible.

  • A new order may need to be placed for a different size.

We recommend reviewing measurements carefully before purchasing.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

  • Items returned without prior approval.

  • Minor measurement variations within ±0.5 inches (standard apparel tolerance).

  • Slight color differences due to screen display or printing variations.

  • Orders where incorrect size was selected by the customer.

Creator Gears reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the replacement cost.

  • If a return is requested for any other reason (if approved), return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Return instructions will be shared via email after approval.


8. Refund Process & Timing

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7-10 Business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • Bank may take additional 3–5 Business days to reflect.

For Cash on Delivery (if applicable), we will collect your bank details securely via email.


9. Lost in Transit

If your order is confirmed as lost by the courier partner:

  • We will reship the product at no additional cost,
    OR

  • Issue a full refund.

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, max 20 days, please contact us at support@creatorgears.com and we will assist you promptly.
